Discovery call & proposal
We’ll start with a Discovery Call where we’ll chat through what you’re looking to achieve with your business, branding and website. I’ll then put together a bespoke proposal for you which will include details about what will be delivered, the timeframes and a quote for the cost. If you’re happy to go ahead, you just sign the contract and pay the deposit to book your slot.

We’ll kick off your project with the client questionnaire, a fun moodboard process and a more in-depth strategy call where we dive into the nitty-gritty of how to build the best website for your business. We’ll look at your ideal customer, marketing, customer journey etc. Then we’ll get clear on the visual direction and tone of the brand and website.

Through my Client Homework Guide I’ll take you through the process of gathering everything you need for the project including prompts and tips for writing the copy & sourcing photography.
brand & website design
I’ll then get to work. The branding work will come first where we’ll collaborate on the logo, colours and fonts for the visual side of your business. Once you’re happy, we’ll move onto the website phase where I’ll build the pages of your website. I’ll be using tools to keep the feedback process easy and will continue to check in for your feedback along the way.
Launch!
Once the brand and website design are complete and the functionality of the website (think things like calendar and newsletter sign-up forms) is working smoothly, then we’re ready to launch! We’ll launch the website live together where I’ll also share a handover package including recorded video tutorials, advice for next steps and provide everything you need to take your website forward.
ongoing support
Post-launch you’ll have 2 weeks of support for any tech issues that arise or little tweaks (within the scope of the project) that are needed. If your need further help with your website, you can book additional time with me or a monthly retainer if you need ongoing edits, updates, or troubleshooting.

A custom website & branding design project typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on the scope of the project, the readiness of the website content and the revisions/edits involved.
A template customisation and branding design project is a quicker process of around 3-4 weeks.

I generally work with clients who want the full package of both branding and website design that work beautifully together. However, if you already have your branding in place, I can absolutely handle just the website side for you. Similarly, if you are just seeking some help with your branding, I can provide a quote for that service independently. Either way, just reach out, I’m here to help.

This depends entirely on my client’s needs. For new websites, I primarily use Squarespace as I find it to be the most user-friendly option for teaching my clients how to look after and maintain their website after it’s launched. I also use Shopify for e-commerce sites.
If I client has an existing site on another platform like ShowIt, Wix or Wordpress or there’s a clear business need to use one of those platforms, I’m able to do so.

I typically book 1 month in advance, but may be able to start projects sooner. Just ask and we can talk about what’s realistic.

I offer guidance to help you write your copy and light-touch editing. If you need more in-depth assistance, I can help you to find a copywriter who’s a great fit.
I can also provide guidance on how to go about taking photos for your website or hiring a professional photographer. Depending on where you’re located, as a photographer myself, I may be able to help with in-person brand photography.

Of course! If you need ongoing edits, updates, or troubleshooting, you can book additional time with me, or if you’d like regular help, you can do what’s called a “monthly retainer “. Many clients come back for help, especially during the first year.

Absolutely! We can talk through how you’d like to update your website and from there determine whether a design refresh package or hourly edits may be a better fit.
